Refund Policy
Below are the refund terms for all Wellbeing Well YOU services, followed by separate sections for Events and Busara Retreats.
A. GENERAL REFUND POLICY (coaching, programmes, digital products)
COACHING AND WELLBEING SESSIONS
Refunds available if cancelled 48 hours before the session.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non‑refundable.
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or reschedule option.
PROGRAMMES
Refunds available only before the first session begins.
Once the programme has started, refunds are not available.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital downloads are non‑refundable once accessed.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
We may offer discretionary refunds in cases of:
medical emergencies, bereavement, or significant life events.
B. EVENTS REFUND POLICY
Cancel up to 14 days before → full refund
Cancel 14–7 days before → 50% refund
Cancel within 7 days → non‑refundable
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or transfer option.
C. BUSARA RETREATS REFUND POLICY
DAY RETREATS
Cancel up to 7 days before → full refund
Cancel 7–3 days before → 50% refund
Cancel within 72 hours → non‑refundable
You may transfer your booking to another day retreat at no extra cost.
LONGER RETREATS
More than 60 days before → deposit retained, other payments refunded
30–59 days before → 50% refund
Less than 30 days before → no refund
You may transfer your booking to another longer retreat.
IF WE CANCEL
We may cancel due to illness, low enrolment, or force majeure.
You will receive a full refund or transfer option.
We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs outside the retreat package.
TRAVEL AND INSURANCE
You are responsible for arranging travel, visas, and insurance.
We recommend medical, cancellation, and COVID‑related cover for overseas retreats.
HEALTH AND WELLBEING RETREATS
Retreats support wellbeing but are not medical treatment. You must disclose relevant medical conditions. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS
Room preferences cannot be guaranteed. Unless otherwise stated, meals are vegetarian/vegan with allergen options available upon request.
